O Annie Award, prêmio conhecido como o "Oscar das animações", revelou os seus indicados para a edição 2013. A honraria, entregue pela International Animated Film Society, terá oito filmes concorrendo a melhor longa de animação: Valente, Frankenweenie, Hotel Transilvânia, ParaNorman, A Origem dos Guardiões, Piratas Pirados!, O Gato do Rabino e Detona Ralph. Ficaram de fora grande lançamentos do ano como O Lorax, Madagascar 3 e A Era do Gelo 4.
