Guitar Hero Live , novo jogo da franquia de música que chega no segundo semestre desse ano para PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 e Wii U, teve a sua primeira lista de músicas revelada pela Rolling Stone. Confira:

A grande novidade é um novo em primeira pessoa que tentará transmitir a sensação de estar em cima do palco. O preço sugerido da versão com a nova guitarra é de US$ 99 - os antigos instrumentos da franquia não serão compatíveis com o novo jogo. Bandas como The Black Keys, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, Gary Clark, Jr., Green Day, Ed Sheeran, The War on Drugs, The Killers, Skrillex, The Rolling Stones, The Lumineers, Pierce the Veil e Blitz Kids  estão confirmadas no game. O último título da série foi Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, lançado em 2010. A franquia foi oficialmente colocada em hiato em 2011, cancelando um game que estava sendo desenvolvido pela Vicarious Visions.

Rock Band , o principal concorrente de Guitar Hero, também vai voltar este ano, com uma possível data de lançamento em outubro.
